Analytics

Numbers you can check, not just trust.

Dashboards for sales, support, campaigns and AI quality, plus your own custom views. Each figure says how it's counted, so the discussion is about decisions, not definitions.

Dashboards

Every team's numbers, in one place.

Weekly and day-by-day views for the people who run support, marketing and sales, from the same conversations.

  • Sales

How conversations and the orders that follow them move, day by day.

  • Support & operations

Open and resolved conversations and how fast your team replies.

  • Campaigns

From sent to delivered, read and clicked, and the orders after a click.

  • Funnel

Where conversations stop on the way from first message to order.

  • Follow-ups

Which follow-up step actually gets the replies.

  • AI quality

What the AI answered, what it handed off and why.

  • Custom dashboards

Build your own views with the metrics your team follows.

  • Digest by email

An hourly email digest, so the numbers come to you.

Follow-ups

See which follow-up earns the reply.

Follow-up analytics show each step of the ladder, so you can change the delay or the message that isn't working.

  • Replies per follow-up step, side by side.
  • Follow-ups respect your quiet hours.
  • Up to three follow-up steps, each with its own delay.

Illustration of an automatic follow-up ladder with three steps and quiet hours from 21:00 to 09:00. The first follow-up falls at 22:10, inside quiet hours, so it is moved to 09:00. The customer replies at 09:14 and the remaining follow-ups are cancelled. A chart shows synthetic replies per step.

How we count

The method sits next to the number.

Analytics are only useful if everyone reads them the same way. These are the rules behind ours.

Attributed
The person clicked a tracked link in a campaign, and a paid Shopify order from them followed.
Estimated
No tracked click, but the order arrived within the window after the send. Shown apart, never added to attributed.
No causal claims
An attributed order followed a click. That doesn't prove the message caused it, so we never call it revenue generated.
No borrowed benchmarks
We don't compare you with other brands or publish industry averages. You see your own numbers, nothing else.

Attribution

Every order shows how it was counted.

Beta

See which orders came after a campaign click, with the method shown: attributed vs estimated.

  • Only paid Shopify orders count.
  • Attributed and estimated orders are always labelled and never merged.
  • The method is written in the report itself, not hidden in a footnote.

Illustration of a campaign's order list. Each paid Shopify order is tagged attributed when the customer clicked a tracked link from the campaign before ordering, or estimated when there was no click but the order arrived within the window after the send. A note explains the method for each tag.

Need the numbers somewhere else?

On approved projects, the REST API has read scopes for analytics and attribution, and the MCP server lets your own AI tools read metrics with a scoped key.

Analytics questions

Does “attributed” mean the campaign caused the order?
No. It means the person clicked a tracked link in the campaign and a paid Shopify order from them followed. We show the method so you can judge the result yourself.
What's the difference between attributed and estimated?
Attributed orders have a tracked click. Estimated orders don't, but arrived within the window after the send. They're shown separately and never added together.
Do you show industry benchmarks?
No. We don't publish benchmarks or compare you with other brands. Dashboards show your own data only.
Can I build my own dashboard?
Yes. The custom dashboard editor lets you put together the metrics your team follows, next to the standard sales, support, campaign and AI quality dashboards.
Can I get the data out?
On approved projects, yes: the REST API has read scopes for analytics and attribution, and the MCP server can read metrics with a scoped API key.
